The Excalibur: President's Gala
Our largest fundraising event of the year is The Excalibur dinner and auction, and it is widely attended by alumni, parents, staff and people who do business with our school. Last year, 340 guests attended and $309,000 was raised to benefit the entire SJNMA community.

Guests of The Excalibur: President's Gala will enjoy an elegant evening of celebration with a formal dinner, fabulous auction items, and more! The Excalibur will once again use mobile bidding for the silent auction. You will be able to use your smartphone or a provided BidPal device to bid from anywhere at any time during the silent auction. And if you are unable to attend the event, you can still bid on items remotely.

Online Giving Center
Be sure to visit www.bidpal.net/sjnma for everything Excalibur! Register for the Gala, view and bid on auction items, and more!

Sponsor The Excalibur: President's Gala
Our generous sponsors make everything happen! The Excalibur cannot be a success without special donors to help underwrite the event. Reserved seating is available for Excalibur sponsors ONLY, so please consider reserving a table of 10 (includes dinner for 10). All of our sponsors qualify for membership in the Academy's Leaders Circle and will receive special recognition in The Excalibur catalog, on the Academy and Excalibur websites, and during the event. Click here for more information. CLICK HERE TO VIEW A LIST OF OUR GENEROUS SPONSORS.

Auction Items Needed*
Your generous donations make The Excalibur possible! Every contribution impacts the Corps of Cadets and the larger SJNMA community. Last year, the Silent Auction alone raised a record breaking $45,000 in vital funds for the Academy's Annual Fund! Our goal this year is to raise more than $50,000 during the Silent Auction. To achieve this, we need your help. In exchange for your donation, we will proudly display your item(s) during the Gala along with any marketing materials you provide, post your item on our Giving Center website, and list your name/business in our auction catalog and in the Academy's Honor Roll of Donors that is mailed annually to more than 6,000 households.

*Examples of desired auction items include the following: unique items, cadet specific items, sports tickets and memorabilia, vacation packages, themed baskets, wine and gourmet food items, art, jewelry, electronics, and wellness and spa packages.

Click here to submit your item for consideration.

FUND-A-NEED: To Be Determined
Guests will be given the opportunity to raise their paddles in support of a special project that will be announced soon. Last year's Excalibur FUND-A-NEED raised $139,000 to support Operation: Lancer Shield to provide security for every person and space on our campus.

Saturday, October 5, 2019 | East of Price Davis Field | Casual Attire

Held during Homecoming Weekend on Saturday, September 29, 2018, the third Fall Fest Fundraiser hosted hundreds of attendees and was a HUGE success. Held at a new venue, east of Price Davis Field, guests enjoyed a beautiful fall day with delicious food at the OBAA Pig & Chicken Roast, a wonderful silent auction with mobile bidding, fun activities, and more. Of particular note was the outstanding entertainment by The BAND Hennes Sisters featuring cadet Olivia Hennes 2024 (age 12) and her three siblings: Meguire (16), Kylee (14), and Taressa (9). The BAND Hennes Sisters is a classic rock cover band, and they were a sensational addition to Fall Fest! THANK YOU to everyone who supported Fall Fest through a sponsorship, auction item/beverage donation, by contributing their time and talent, and/or attending.

Fall Fest Fundraiser is on the schedule. Please mark your calendars and join us during Homecoming & Families Weekend on Saturday, October 5, 2019!
